Overaged Malt Whisky is a vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of Malt (germinated barley).
Nose: Dried flowers, flaxen tobacco, sherry wine, fat almond, a little smoked.
Palate: Fruity, powerful and long in the mouth. Aimed at a balance between new pure young malts and fathomless maturity of older ones.
End of mouth: Sherry roundness enhanced by a slightly smoked.

The Unique Whisky is a blending of malted and un-malted cereals whisky distilled partly by Pot-still and partly by Coffey Still (continuous distillation) in Scotland. After 4 years in oak wood, it has been reduced to 44% alc./vol. with Pentland Hills’ water. Matured partly in Scotland and partly in France, bottled without filtration.
Opalescent tint. Slight iodine fragrances with a hint of almond, vanilla roundness, floral fineness. Nervous and round. To be preferably consumed chilled as an appetiser.

Dark amber robe with a reddish tinge. Fragrances of Sherry, flowers, vanilla, dried fruits. Mellow, and long in the mouth. A fabulous balance between sherry’s warmth and the fresh flavours only barley can produce. This label does not indicate time spent in wood because the whisky’s maturity is reached differently in every cask.
Age is only one of the complex factors on which maturation depends. Blossoming Auld Sherried is the perfect demonstration of sherry impregnated wood’s greatest significance.

The Intravaganza is a single malt spirit distilled in Scotland and matured between 2 and 3 years in wine fresh sherry casks. It’s bottled at its natural strength 50% alcohol by volume Limpid gold amber tint. Typical to very young malts with almonds and frangipane (red jasmine) fragrance, nice grassy freshness with a slight touch of honey and wood. Lively and sharp in the mouth, its maturation in wine casks, despite its young age, is revealing some silky elegance. Unctuous tastes, reminding the spirit of pear which become finer and very floral enhanced by a note of smoke.

Aged in a Bourbon cask, this pale gold whisky was made entirely from locally sourced barley. Malt lovers may find resemblances to Campeltown's finest here: Direct fire stills give a toasty edge to the nose, while poached pear fruitiness develops alongside suggestions of almond biscotti, sponge cake and straw bail. It's soft on entry with a grassy edge through the middle, but balances beautifully. The finish turns creamy, toasty and delicately salty with hints of white pepper and vanilla through the aftertaste. A cereal / coastal style that really works.
