The age of reason. According to the freshness and the balance of Armagnacs of this age, it is sometimes time, at the end of 50 years to stop the barrel ageing. However, the use of barrels that have been exhausted of their tannins over many years in contact with the eau de vie is still possible. The aromas of chocolate, leather and roasted notes are characteristic of these very old eaux de vie.

Golden yellow color, amber reflections. A very interesting nose, with aromas of gingerbread, candied fruit, toffee, verbena. Very fine and complex at the same time. On the palate, the tannins are round and supple. We find this aromatic finesse of the nose. Nice length.

Yellow golden colour with amber tints. A very interesting nose with some gingerbread, crystalised fruits, toffee and linden flavours. Very fine and complex at the same time.
In the palate, the tannins are soft and round. We feel again the fine flavours we had in the nose.
