Description

We're excited to have secured a small allocation of this very special release. [Distillery]'s Fresh Juniper Gin is made with 100% Victorian-grown fresh juniper from Mt Wombat Junipers, a local farm working to establish a homegrown supply of gin's most essential botanical. It's a rare chance to taste a Victorian-made gin built on truly local juniper.

Using fresh rather than dried juniper gives this gin a soft, silky texture. Expect bright citrus up front, fresh piney juniper, delicate floral notes and a gentle herbaceous bitterness, rounded out by coriander seed, native thyme, lemon aspen, kunzea leaf and angelica root.

Only 300 bottles were made, and future releases depend on how the juniper harvests go. Once our stock is gone, it's gone, so grab a bottle while you can.
