I purchased this for my husband for Father’s Day and he is enjoying it.
Easy drinking style with a nice smooth finish on the palate
Would definitely recommend if you are a Cognac drinker
Unlike most white rums (Blanc) this product is made from cane juice under strict specifications (AOC Martinique). It definitely shows, the grassy flavour is quite unlike other white rums. Whether sipping on its own or mixing with your favourite chaser. This rhum is in a class of its own.
The simplest description; a cocktail in a bottle. A smooth mouthfeel and a mellow taste. If flavoured rum is something you like, this product is for you. It ticks all the boxes; bouquet, taste, flavour.
I didn't know what to expect from this Armagnac - the first I have tried from the less well known Haut Armagnac region. I prefer very well aged Armagnac - preferably around 30 y o or more & wasn't sure how this 10-year-old would drink. As it turns out - it is wonderful! Although clocking up 47.4% alcohol it has a wonderful freshness and an almost champagne cognac aroma. The 10 years of age has to my pleasant surprise given it a mellow finish but with still plenty of flavour. A great drop....
A great addition to my collection, the apple notes shine through and make my cheese board sing
Fast delivery, excellent product and well packaged. Will be back for more!
Fast shipping as usual always a pleasure
Makes a top Kir Royal!
A great substitute for conventional vermouth
Great cider made out of the right kind of apples. Not sweet, very refreshing, summery.
Both delicious. As someone who is trying to drink less they provide a great alternative to my nightly habit of opening a bottle of wine.
This drop is brilliant complex smooth strong sweet finish. Ultra premium.
Wow. Maple Cream it’s so good. We had it at Xmas and had it again for a friends birthday. Fair to say it went down so well.
Brings fruit candy, ripe and tart plums, some apple, florals, citrus and clove. Great balance and presence. A beautiful representation of the fruit
Not my 1st bottle and won’t be our last. This has been a revelation for drinking it straight over ice. So smooth and not sickly sweet.
The Fouesnant was excellent, but the Cornouaille is better. Perhaps it is the drier style...? The fruit is still dominant, but the less sugar gives it more sophistication. Very nice indeed.
Multilayer flavours, with prominent fruit. Very good
Rich sweetness up front and ending with a subtle bitter finish
Its still on the shelf looking good,im saving it for a special occasion down the track! Cant open it yet?
Another brilliant Foursquare ECS release. Bold and rich, with the port cask adding textural juicy wine notes and tannins to a refined sip.
