Description

Every month, a tiny portion of St. Laurent Gin production goes to old barrels of whiskey. Thus, after a rest of more than one year in oak barrels, our famous Gin infused with seaweed becomes the St. Laurent Vieux Gin. A soft and aromatic approach: the juniper expresses itself without astringency, gently, then gives way to long notes of grass, pepper and candied citrus. A long woody finish, slightly saline, signature of the seaweed infusion. Awards: Silver medal at International Spirits Challenge 2018

45ml Gin This bottle
10ml Crème de Violette Shop crème de violette
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Maraschino Liqueur Shop maraschino liqueur

How to make it

Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer (optional, but preferred)
Prepare Cocktail Shaker
Add 45-60ml of Gin
Add 15ml Maraschino Liqueur
Add 15ml Fresh lemon juice
Add 10ml Creme de Violette
Shake vigorously with ice until cold
Strain into chilled glass. Enjoy!

120ml Tonic Water

How to make it

- Fill a highball glass completely with ice

- Add 60ml of Gin and 30ml of Elderflower Liqueur
