Similar to other popular vodkas, Summum is a grain-based spirit, which means it has a distinctive smooth texture and fruity flavour, and due to a faster distilling process, there are less impurities due to the fermentation process. The key grain used is wheat from the Beauce region and this contributes to this alcohol’s high quality due to the fact that this location is one of France’s most productive agricultural areas. This high-quality further maintained due to it’s multiple plate column still distillation ( a key for pure vodka) and the water being added slowly in three stages over the duration of six weeks.
Now of course vodka is great for mixing, and can be included in so many different cocktails. We have included one of the Spirits of France team’s favourite cocktails below, which is a fresh take on a mojito.
